COORDINATOR
II, FORESTRY WILDLIFE AND FISHERIES: A temporary, full-time position. Dates: A one-year position.
Location: The University
of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee.
Qual: Masters (preferred) or Bachelor
(required) in Natural Resources or associated area. Computer skills in
utilizing web development software, such as DreamWeaver,
Adobe products, and others as well as the technological structure of the Web Center.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with others.
Duties: Serve as a website module developer for
the National Learning
Center for Private Forest
and Range Landowners. Coordinate and develop learning modules and other related
learning components for the web-based Center based on content provided by
cooperators. Plan, design and construct interactive educational content for a
national web-based outreach program Collaborate with project partners to
pilot-test modules Improve interactivity of existing modules Maintain functionality
of website and accuracy of content Work on other projects as assigned. Provide
leadership for an educational program that meets the needs of eligible
clientele regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability,
religion or veteran status.
